Al, we've tried giving these people money and it created the mess we have today. We've fought the war on poverty by borrowing 22 Trillion since it began. And these kids still get knocked up in their mid-teens and pop out a kid a year thereafter. And we have neighborhoods full of murder and drug crime.

And there I was thinking that we were talking about paying people a better wage for WORK so we wouldn't have to give them money...silly me.
