Anyone who is waiting for the media to stop finding a word or two they can parse and hammer Trump with, before they realize he has been on message for a very long time, is never going to get what they want.

I think Trump was afraid to go all out for "No Muslims need apply" and "stop all immigration." So he keeps confusing the issue. He would have caught the same amount of flack either way and it would have been cleaner.

He needs a Declaration of War from Congress against Islamists.

I liked the speech. He gave a brief history lesson to those asleep for the past 7 1/2 years and presented some clean insight to where he will be headed once in the office.

It was a good start on his foreign policy planning.
