The beauty and the beast. The beauty is the reality of the deposit and all the mining stuff. The beast is the "poor appearance of the surface facilities". Meaning all there is on surface is a ramp, crusher and a bunch of trailers. Before we bring the press in, I would think that we must wait and see what the JV has planned to "toast" their new found "liking" for each other. It is a "no-brainer" that with the start-up of a new operation, in order to get the serious bucks, they must resolve their outstanding differences, hopefully in private, in advance of the "court" proceedings/settlement. Without this GME & EXL will continue to be underpriced relative to head grade and ounces per tonne. This does no one (on either side) any good. Even though they have been producing since April ?30% ahead of forecast, "the market" must be looking for a good track record. The on-site technical team appears to be taking shape. I understand some house cleaning was done and a good mining team is being assembled. The mill agreement is for 3 years so with the POG being so poor, there ARE bargains out there for shaft sinking, mill construction, tailings etc, property(land owner)acquisition appear to be proceeding. Possible "funding expansion out of cash flow or share issue" (dilution). A good geology team should ensure the orderly expansion of the reserves. So the long term looks promising. So, it gets back to which horse to bet on. EXL is up ~35% since December lows. GME is holding steady. Tough call. Any bets? Anyway James, once we get some of the "dirty laundry" issues resolved, I see the "positive" announcements alone will boost the stock price. The patient will be rewarded. The speculators will not make money of this one. Lets hope that the price appreciation will be slow and steady to the ranks of the true Canadian stock stories (a la Denison Mines). I am starting to see Exall's hard work pay off in the increased reserves and phenominal grades. The Northern miner article that I sent you may have had a lot to do with the recent run up to 42c even with a declining gold price. Lets see what the first quarter brings(hopefully cold hard numbers), before we bring in the press to impress them with the VG. For owners of either EXL or GME it will definately be a Happy New Year! Cheers Winzer
