Henry Ford believed that cow's milk was bad for people (not for any medical reasons, but simply because he thought that it would impart some of the cow's nature to the people who drank it, making them lazy and dull.) So he hired wet-nurses to express their milk, which he used for his personal consumption. On occasion, directly from their breasts.
