Zeev: Autodidact or not, you have nothing to be ashamed of. If any of my "second" languages were nearly as good as your English, I'd be very proud of myself. In fact I would have a hard time accepting that you are not a native speaker of English, but I will take your word for it. If there is ever any English problem you are concerned about for whatever reason, or if I can proofread anything that you have written for publication, for example, I'd be happy to do it. Your prose needs no polishing for the purposes of this thread. The communication is crystal clear and an occasional spelling or grammatical error is of no importance, and these are present in all our writings. (I am not referring to the ones in your last post, which I realize were deliberate and for dramatic literary effect.) Jack
