Obama never gave Crimea to the Russians. He, along with Europe have put extreme sanctions on the Russians since they went into Crimea. But Trump, has actually come out and said most of the people in Crimea seemed to prefer being part of Russia, so maybe it's O.K. that the Russians went in there. So, considering that, I believe I can say that Trump is willing to GIVE Crimea to Russia even if the current administrations in Europe and the U.S. are NOT.
