<Mike, what is the book value of RMIL? >

My best guess:

If we use the unaudited 8-K, it would range from about $0.04 (without the 4 million share certificate worth $14 million), to maybe $1.47 with the $14 million. This assumes 9,755,831 shares outstanding.

Also bear in mind, the mythical $5 million is a loan. That would not do positive things for book value. And if more shares are issued, the number decreases as well.

The real answer is, without current financials, who knows?
