No kidding. They are also now ramping up no down mortgages yet again. Only a matter of time till that becomes as subprime as last RE cycle or the auto finance and student loan markets this cycle.. Inflate everything too much via very low rates and people need to pile on more debt and (or) be subsidized by the government to afford cars, houses, an education even healthcare and other basic necessities. Financial engineering on steroids never ending.. Will happily sell all my RE in a few more years..
