I was looking at P/FCF, which is why I mentioned the debt. How is it to be treated? Is this an industry that has inherently high long term debt like communications/cable companies do like FTR, T, or VZ?

I'm questioning whether it's even worth investing in the hospital sector as some of these stocks have negative shareholder equity because of the long term debt.
