I spoke with a representative from TD Ameritrade today regarding non payment of cash for my Ezch shares. He spoke with a staff member in corporate mergers who says payment is being held up by Israeli tax authorities and that the middle man Computer Share no longer has control of the distribution. Also said that several brokerages where payment was already received like Schwab "front run" the payment as a courtesy for their clients. Said all my paper work is complete, multiple clients are having this issue, just awaiting release. Sounds fishy to me, again, inquiring if anyone else having this problem?
