The first message of 1998 should be a note of thank and highest appreciation for friends and lurkers who visit this site and make it worthwhile for anyone interested to share with us their thoughts and ideas. I take this opportunity as the host to thank every one on this thread who has contributed and helped every contributor and lurker to understand the fundamentals of the market. Thanks for the time and effort. I hope 98 will be a good year for all of us and we all may see SEMIS emerging from ashes once INTC troubles and low expectations for next quarter are fully factored in. Our next few months will be spent in establishing if bottom in SEMIS is reached or a single jolt may take SOX down by another 20%. Has market fully priced the bad news or Kurlak's shawdow will still haunt our semis sectors of portfolios. We hope to find some good answers however all said and done 97 was a volatile year. Year where we lived dangerously with swings of markets.
