I'm just pointing out that those of us who believed the law was a failure from the start are being proved right on a daily basis.

That California is giving away health care to a lot of people is not evidence of success in the face of the disasters faced around the country.

You do realize that, don't you?

if you have a good enough health plan then you can (probably often) gain health care.

A health plan guarantees nothing by itself
