Dead on Glen! I would add that the stock got weak shortly before the lawsuit because the VCC guys were selling truck loads. My guess? The inventor who is being sued by XNX and has lots of free trading shares was a big seller too. Then the lawsuit then the sharp price decrease. Thanks VCC you really helped Xinex. And you are trying to prevent the company from raising more money with your lawsuit? Where is your logic? We all got hurt, including the shareloders of the VCC who saw their investment go down by 60%. Mark my words, the lawsuit will be taken care of somehow in early 1998 and the company will go on with business. There are too many big guys in this deal now for this nonsense to be allowed to drag on indefinitely. NOW LET'S GO BACK TO FUNDAMENTALS. DETTMER LOTS OF QUESTIONS FOR YOU HERE, ESPECIALLY FROM RUBY.
