Hate to break it to you, but moonshine has gone mainstream in the Ozarks.

In the Ozarks these days, the big problems are oxy and meth. Arkansas is in the top 10 states for meth arrests. And it has more prescriptions for opioids than people in any given year.

And, of course, heroin use is higher than the US average.

They pine for the days when moonshine was considered a big problem.
