I hope you guys are right for two reasons. I did a nice little dump today of two bankrupt stocks for a decent loss. My broker sold them to me for a penny and ate them because the comission would have been more then the proceeds from the sale. Secondly, my accountant told me it was cool to sell them today and take the loss, not much of an accountant if he's wrong. I'm still trying to remember if I asked him specifically about today, or about the rules governing losses. Either way, if today wasn't eligible, he should have told me.
