The interesting thing is it only takes one 50-bagger in a 50-stock portfolio to make up for 49 other zeros. Hopefully I will have the discipline to take your "sit on hands" philosophy to the extreme and just ignore the market on some of these. Time really pays for kind of the company one wants to own. Maybe not a good policy for the retirees on the thread - but for the young 'uns, probably the only way left on God's green earth to beat inflation over the long haul.
