Happy New Year One and All ! Out with the old and in with the new! I want to make my last prediction for 1997. " I think we finally hit the last bottom"! I've said that to myself at least a dozen times this year. And for once I KNOW I'm right! Seriously, the whole outlook is improved. The VSE is a healthy 18 points over 600. I'd like to think we will see 700 before we see 600 again. 98 is the year to be rewarded for weathering the slaughter of trading stocks from a VSE of 1200 plus to below 600 points.
