As an addicted bottom-fisher, I can hardly resist putting money back into the Far East Ex-Japan or adding to the emerging markets funds. I got out of the Far East Ex-Japan Fund (at Bob's recommendation) in early July. I could now move back in and get about 40% more shares for the same money.

Notice that I said that "I can hardly resist" bottom fishing again. It is one of my weaknesses. It surely isn't one of my more successful investment strategies. I often jump in too early while trying to "catch a falling knife." My most successful strategy is to dollar-cost average into high quality growth companies or good growth mutual funds.
