From Steve, "what does pcs have to do w/ y2k.
absolutely zero"

Steve, Here is a question, Say there is a company out there that is adding PC's and ignoring Y2K.
Now with 24 months to go, y2k becomes a priority. so much so that they have to put all their MIS budget into the problem and therefore do not buy any more PC's.

Is it possible for that to happen ?

Jim

re: what does pcs have to do w/ y2k

I was just reporting an item that my father-in-law told me. He retired from Eastman, so gets the newsletter. I surmise that they have no Y2K problem because they probably bought DELL servers to manage their PCs.
