One of my past big winners CECE IMO has dropped to a compelling level. I re-entered with some shares. Big disparity with sales to market valuation. Looking like the worst might be over? This should leave room for upside based on a turnaround. Current backlog and booking are down on last reported earnings. However the company was profitable and there's no more dividend to shareholders. IMO looks like a cheap acquisition target for a bigger company in environmental controls. Current backlog supports current market valuation. This leaving more room for bookings improvements. I was impressed with the latest contract, This although terms were not disclosed. NG seems to be the future in US infrastructure so maybe potential for more contracts in this area. I'm not forgetting about EC in China either. My original basis for buying this stock.
