I'm considering adding NSM to my IRA long portfolio based on the following:

1. Heard lots of good things about the future of "system on a chip"

2. Positive press from George Gilder in his Technology Report

3. I think Mr. Halla provides solid leadership

4. Price seems fair at these levels

I have historically been a supporter of Intel, I buy their products and my family has made a lot of $$$ on their stock. I am also afraid of them as a competitor.

I'm waiting for my investor package and look forward to reading some more about NSM. In the mean time, can you help me with a few things?

1. How important is Cyrix Processor business to NSM?

2. How much of a price advantage does Cyrix have over Intel after the recently announced INTC price cuts?

3. Where do you see PC industry being in 3 to 5 years?

Thanks for your assistance. Happy investing in 1998!
