Hello! Dave, "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" I thoroughly enjoyed your posting on " The CVIA Clearing Hose" ( for questions and answers!) All of your five points all had value and merit! ( In my own opinion!) As I am not very useful at getting or giving anything more to a computer then two fingering my way across the key board! I would suggest that the initial development stages of the "CVIA Clearing House" and CVIA Webb site! Will have to be developed, started and orchestrated by possibly Milk and yourself! Plus any other volunteers that come forward! So many ideas and action plans have been shared on this thread lately, that it may be quite possible that some of the CVIA Thread Participants, need a little time to digest all the recent postings, to get caught up! ( With the Christmas and New Year and other festive Holidays! All upon us!) Dave! You have my 100% vote of confidence and support to proceed with MILK and any other volunteers that can best provide you assistance in this project! Think about how you want to start up the "Clearing House" with MILK and let the rest of the thread know how we can help and contribute! I like your initiative and style! Well Done! Staying tuned! I've set up the page (I'll post the link tomorrow, so that everyone can give their feedback). In the meantime, here is what I think should be on it: 1. Some kind of a disclaimer (e.g. "this page is for information purposes only... not an investment advice... not responsible... risks involved... I didn't do it... etc.) Wayne, can you please write something up and email it to me? 2. Company Info: address, filings, news, etc. 3. Summary (explaining that it's a shell, loss carryforward, etc..) I remember Brad had it laid out very well... Brad? 4. The question and answers in the following form: # 003 * Q: "What are you planning to do with the number of shares authorized?" - submitted by Flipper, 1/2/98 * A: "...good question..." - Jack Arnold # 004 * Q: "..." * A: "..."
