How so? For one, your "refutation" was one of opinion. And even if it is true, you are taking one individual and extrapolating it across a population. My examples cover national and coordinated efforts.

It is a fact that Republican controlled states are doing an end around abortion laws by pretending concern over "maternal health". It is a fact that the maternal mortality rate has doubled while the state has been trying to get around the fact that abortion is legal. Not because of abortion complications, but because funds have been cut for pregnant women. If maternal health is a real concern and not concern trolling, why is this true? Heck maternal mortality has declined across the world in the time period. Except for Texas.

It is a fact that states like North Carolina are trying to repress voters. Particularly those who might note Democratic. In fact, they admit it. Are they lying? I suppose you could argue that, being Republicans, they are of course lying. Not sure if that makes things better, though...
