Wow, there are still longs here. I just got a too late note about my membership in the class action suit vs. the principals. Turns out that mail gets lost, brokerage houses don't notify potential suit members, and even the litigators may not pay forwarding services. Welcome to world of weasels aka attorneys.

My mind turned to mush trying to read the class action stuff online. Since it is not clear if they would accept my class action suit membership after the date ( the lawyers won't tell you, say co-counsel decides), I wonder if someone could tell me in a sentence or two if the money per share we would receive is worth the hassle. At 11 cents a share, I'm not living on PVCT in retirement! Not to mention the thousands that I lost in stock value but at least I sold before 11 cents LOL.

In any event, here's champagne to any real friends here and real pain to any sham friends.

Too little Too late, BOD should have taken their role seriously years ago. Funny that none of Pete's reimbursement issues showed up when they were investigating Dees. Good luck with that next round of financing
