TLindt -- I also noticed that CKFR is now listing USAA as an e-bill partner, one I don't recall seeing a news release about. A nice addition.

So, I share your impression that CKFR is quietly adding e-bill clients without making a big public fuss. Pete Kight said in a conference call not long ago that he was singing up some clients who didn't want premature publicity, which is understandable.

That's one of the things I like about CKFR -- no hype, nicely understated, conservative accounting. It leads me to believe we're more likely to see positive earnings surprises than negative in the future.

For those not familiar: USAA is United Services Automobile Association, which serves military officers and commissioned warrant officers, active and retired, and their dependents and former dependents. It's huge. Based in San Antonio, Texas, but with customers worldwide.

Besides writing millions of auto insurance policies, it also writes home and life insurance, and operates a federal savings bank that provides checking, saving and Visa and Master Card. So they are both a major biller and a bank.

I've been a USAA customer for more years than I'll admit. I currently pay my monthly auto/home insurance bill throught CKFR. Maybe now I'll receive that bill the same way.
