That is a Rush line. At least he's the only one I've ever heard say it.

"I'm living in Obama's head rent free."

I see no evidence that it did any good.

It's an old AA saying and maybe goes back further than that. The admonition is to not let anyone live rent free in your head, an aid to working through resentments.

The way Rush uses it (apparently) is different, and less attractive.
