<< It seems that JMAR has a lot of things going on that they are keeping under wraps until they are ready to make them public.>> It is just like when they announce they sold a product but give no name of company buying it. None of these companys what it be know what they are doing. So they require the company (in JMAR's case I suspect) to sign a non-disclousure agreement, just like when they Demo the Laser that I previously stated and was confirmed by another poster.

I would have to believe that this does may some JMAR Executives a little upset because they can do nothing to help on the PR side of the company. Their hands are tied by the nondisclosure agreement. Without that agreement, the other company would look for someone else.

This agreement may also have language that prevents the other company/employees (working on the project) from buying shares!!! This statement is only a wild guess on my part.

Just my opinion.
