I didn't LIKE the eastward expansion of NATO.

I thought it was dumb and too provocative.

But that article DOESN'T really break down WHO caused that expansion.

WHEN did those border Countries JOIN NATO?

Was it during the Clinton Administration or the Bush Administration?
