Everytime a tech stock takes a significant fall, it seems a lawsuit is filed. This is most ironic because, as everyone knows, tech stocks
are the most volitile stocks. There needs to be some type of penalty, if the attorneys sue and they lose, then they should compensate shareholders who owned the stock at the time the suit was filed because they lost money as a result of stock price falling when the suit was filed
