They actually raised a bit over $1.2 million. The fact remains that these shares are fairly valued at maybe the warrant exercise price of .33. This compnay has nothing but a ton of cash and what may turn out to be a great idea. Fundamentals are zero at the moment. This is still a shell with cash right now. They do have some interest in the mine -- but we have no idea what that might be.
I can say this -- this company cares nothing about the shareholder -- but they do care about the venture. I have some concern about the new reporting requirements. I get the impression that, at this time, this company could care less where the stock trades -- they used the shell to do the private placement to raise cash for the venture. THey do not want traders, they want investors -- what difference would pink sheet status make to them. I continue to bug them on occassion, but they could really care less it seems. I have some information coming that they say, explains everything in complete detail -- cannot wait to get it.
Assume all of this is my opinion -- I am basing what I say on impressions from previous conversations with the company.
This is the hardest one to figure that I have ever owned. Hard to be objective when you have gotten SCREWED this badly by a company.
Alan, the bid... I do not see it climbing any time soon. Unless someone actually buys at the ask. I was surprised to see that someone had done just that yesterday -- sent the MMs into a panic it looked like. They do not want to sell shares, but I am not buying. The risk seems far too great at this time.
