Todd,

In one of your earlier posts referring to Cendant possibly looking
toward more acquisitions, Post 2725 I believe, you also discussed
that THQ might be looking at acquiring the remaining 75% of Inland
to cature the WCW Nitro royalties. My question is would THQ
need to float a secondary offering to make the acquisition or do
you think mgmt would leverage the stock. What is your take on such a move and how would it impact us shareholders if this should happen.
Also, if those assets were worth grabbing, couldn't Cendant be
looking the same way at Inland? The possibility of a secondary
stock offering being delutive to shares is what I'm wondering about. Are these valid concerns?
