Happy Newyear ED Hope this finds you and yours well.This financing shld be intresting the only thing that is in doubt is what price and how many warrants does the underwriter get.Most likely .40 with a equal amount of warrants plus financing B warrants.I think I will wait till after the financing is declared and signed.I do not like being the sucker who may possibly buy street shares at market value to find out insiders are selling at most likely a 3 to 1 ratio of return.In response to would I purchase stock in this comp.NOT A CHANCE this stock is a better buy at a dollar when we have clarified how much property he has left after the return of app,75% to the Government and how badly ashton PICKS his bones.Followed buy how much money he owes for his extavigant MGT and exploratin policies.Regards JIm
