A federal judge issued a preliminary ruling Friday protecting two transgender students at the University of North Carolina (UNC)from enforcement of the state’s discriminatory law HB2.

According to U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder, the Department of Education’s interpretation of Title IX as protecting transgender students supersedes HB2’s restrictions on bathroom usage. He called this conclusion “straightforward,” because a recent Fourth Circuit decision recognizing a Virginia transgender student’s gender identity is the controlling precedent. The two trans plaintiffs in this suit work and study at UNC, and the injunction only applies to them.

Climatologists are all bullshitters now. Why drought has nothing to do with rainfall. Or even flooding.

We've gotten rain almost every day for two weeks. No serious flooding anywhere ... Must be evaporating immediately or something. All weather is extreme now and they can rig the historical record or bury it to prove it.
