dear joser- if you're going into property management you need to get your TEAM into place. besides the arithmetic crew, you need a maintenance AND a cleaning crew. joser's AirB&B, LLC needs a CEO (that would be you) to begin the hiring process. if you seek advice from those who are experienced at being yooooouge, successful landlords like mr. trump he will tell you how to get the cleaning crew to PAY for cleaning your property... and maybe even build you a fence around it. this saves a lot of money that you can then use to buy pretty things for yourself on your birthday. just sayin'... oh, BTW, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSER may your maintenance crew build a ladder to the roof may you climb on every rung may you stay, eh? eh? eh? forever young love, -yer pal and teammate lepolvie86 (only six more years and you can start telling people your age like you were proud of it) <VBG>
