>> According to a new national poll from the respected Public Policy Polling, republican nominee Donald Trump now has a ninety-seven percent unfavorable rating with African-Americans. Three percent aren’t sure, and zero percent have a “favorable” view of Trump. This data was first broadcast by Rachel Maddow during her MSNBC show on Monday evening. Detailed data sampling isn’t yet available, but considering the likely small sample size typically involved in these things, this probably isn’t a mere round-off to zero.

WTF does that even mean? PPP, a liberal polling operation, has outdone itself with this one. "Detailed data sampling isn't yet available?" How is that even a poll?

"Considering the small sample size typically involved in these things?"

Sample sizes are computed based on the confidence interval and margin of error you're trying to achieve.

This is a total BS post.

A little more on that poll you and Maddow are wetting yourselves over:

"Only 13% of African Americans and Latinos think Trump actually cares about them, to 74% who say they don't think he does. Hillary Clinton is winning their voters 73-9 with Jill Stein at 6% and Gary Johnson at 3%."

Now, you would think 73-9 sounds pretty bad, but this poll was taken August 26, right after Trump began an outreach effort directed toward blacks. Previously, he was polling at 3%. In the course of a couple days he's at 9%. A tripling.

Who knows where he is now, but the commentary looks misleading to me.
