However, I think that the firewall in NT would be basic and lack the size and scope to compete with Checkpoint's flagship Firewall-1 product at least for the next few years. For example, Microsoft Antivirus is part of Windows95, but it hasn't by a long shot stopped people and corporations from buying anti-virus software from Symantec, McAfee, etc. Not to mention that firewalls are more complex than desktop antivirus programs in a lot of ways.
