The formation is much deeper than 3,000ft(over 6,000ft I believe, don't have my data with me at the moment)and they could go horizontal for 1,000ft or 6,000ft. This is their first well and they will make decisions as they drill. They also will tend to drill more slowly in order to not damage the formation. If they find that down-hole conditions change on them, they will need to change drilling muds, down-hole pressure and etc. Once they have finished this first well, they will be in a position to sink later wells with a higher degree of confidence and of course, speed. They are probably 2wks. at least from beginning to test and 4wks. from telling us about it. Best regards, John
