Mike and Ric

I have been following NEXR and PMTI ever since a cold call from H.J.Meyers last year.

After a look at Edgar I declined to "invest" but have been following these stocks mostly out of interest in the business model.

Several things would concern me at this point.

1. High losses with increasing need for cash.

2. Receivables are completely out of line in light of revenue drop from shortages.

3. PMTI is probably going to be unable to live up to its financial backup of Nexar as disclosed in the Nexar registration.

It looks to me like whatever upside exists depends on a cash infusion or M&A. Clearwater would probably not be taking such a large stake without some non-obvious reason, but then I don't know a thing about Clearwater or their background. I wish them luck.
