One has to wonder how the likes of the NYT

Outside of the Sulzbergers, the largest shareholder of the New York Times is Mexican Billionaire Carlos Slim.

The New York Times, like with Bezos and the Washington Post, has become Carlos Slim's personal blog.

Years ago on SI when the Internet was really coming into its own I predicted that the NYTs would become irrelevant. The people running that rag are a biased and tendentious bunch who's opinions only appeal to a small segment of the population. It used to be the paper of record, but it's plain as the nose on my face, the only record they're interested in promoting is the liberal pov. Thankfully more and more people are learning that the people running the NYTs are neither fair or balanced, and that they cannot be trusted.
