The easy way to research is to start with Wiki, IMO. Then go where it leads you. The work on Intel is well established in the Social Sciences at the University level but the Profs are afraid to tell the truth because it goes against the socially acceptable premises.

The Liberals believe that Black people are the same as White people, just with Black skins. It ain't so. Race does make a difference. Liberals want to pretend it's all nurture. That is why our schools fail minorities. The article I posted that you like gives you a vivid example of it. We need to teach them differently, but it's not socially acceptable to do so.

I see no way out of it with a public school system.

Here are two good sources to use as leads for research:

Nations and intelligence - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Perhaps one should look at life as an IQ test. If the folks you went to school with were from a group that averaged 100 IQ, then perhaps that is the average of what it takes to live a good life. The demands on cognitive skills today are making it more difficult to earn a decent living with average IQ's.

You cant educate an 85 average IQ group to have higher IQ. With an 85 IQ what type of job can one do? Laborer, landscaper, cashier, etc. none of these jobs are going to pay well, life will be a challenge. The other 50% below 85 IQ will struggle even harder.

What you are describing to me sounds like certain cultures who don't properly develop babies, toddlers, grade school kids, who never support these kids to their potential. Even if it is only to be at most a smart cashier or short order cook.

To me it appears studies indicating how important the first few years of development are spot on. Most of these inner city kids wont reach their capacity because of neglect by the age of 3.
