"North Carolina GOP leaders launched a meticulous and coordinated effort to deter black voters,"

But Bummer keeps saying that's not happening. The Court must be wrong.

Let's face it, any restrictions placed on voter privileges would disproportionately affect African Americans.

They need long periods of early voting scheduling. Why? because they need help getting to the polls. Buses are provided because for some reason they can't get there on their own. I don't know if they can't find the polls or cannot remember when voting days occur. All of this rounding them up, getting them on the bus and assisting them with their voting takes time and man power.

They cannot be required to have a photo ID. Why? Many of them do not have a driver license. This is due to having their license suspended for various reasons or their inability to pass a driver's written test or driving test. Many have no automobile so they do not need a driver's license. There are other types of Government sponsored photo IDs but more time and effort needs to be put into picking these people up and taking them to the proper Government agency and then helping them to acquire the proper photo ID. I guess this is due to them not being capable of doing it on their own.

In the Demonrat's world nothing is expected from African Americans. Excellence and achievement is discouraged by providing Government assistance at every level and in every situation. African Americans are kept as a voting block of dependent underachievers by expecting nothing and providing everything needed for a bare life sustaining existence. The idea is constantly repeated that they are the victims of powers and circumstances completely beyond their control and help is needed for them to even survive.
Pictures of hanging bodies and burning crosses are constantly placed before them by the propaganda arm of the Demonrats. They are told churches will burn and their families threatened if the elections do not go the Demonrat's way. Having this repeated loudly and constantly becomes their truth.

Life on the Government Plantation does provide the necessities of existence like shelter, food, clothing, electronics etc. but it does not encourage achievement. Life on the Government Plantation discourages individual achievement and even thinking outside the parameters set by those who manage the Plantation population. Those who live on the Government Plantation have their human dignity destroyed and the spiral into despair is a long and painful one. The young fight against the despair in the only way they know how. They lash out at authority, the police, teachers, parents, and the hated symbol of all authority, the one they call "the man". They never realize it is the Progressive Demonrats that are to blame.

A few escape the Government Plantation. They have a grandparent, parent, teacher, social worker, mentor or they happen to find a faith based outreach that says to them: You are just as good as anyone else. If anyone can succeed in life so can you. You cannot blame anyone but yourself if you allow yourself to be an underachieving victim. You CAN succeed and here is how YOU do it. It will take work, effort and determination but you CAN do it.
