Actually, I am not blaming anyone. I don't care what they charge, I am just asking questions. The one universal truth that i have observed from human nature is that if you put someone in charge of a group of people, a process, a government, a charity or serving police officers waiting to but Taco Bell, some folks will abuse that process for their own end. History is also replete with a myriad of examples proving the law of unintended consequences. Perhaps Citizen's Petitions fall into that category. I have seen them used more frequently to get a new drug approved rather than quash generics but tend not to follow that space.
