Yes, hard, no doubt. to fault that accumulation of data.

What interests me, in particular, is if that is a fact with each and every individual of a particular racial classification, then what is the actual cause or factor or assembly of factors that brings about a result ?

Is it purely genetic, is it due to familial or societal life experiences from birth, etc, etc. ?

Because if there are several individuals of a particular racial grouping, which group show a lower IQ based on data, and there are individuals of that racial group that excel over and above those of another different racial grouping then how can it be purely genetic ?

One cannot but think that if it is purely genetic then there would be a "built in genetic barrier" of sorts that would prevent any such excelling of any individual of that racial group over another.
