Greetings EC I trust you had a good Yule Tide and are ready for the roller coaster ride of 1998. With the current price of gold and some cash rich mining companies out their I recon this could be an interesting year. Miramar Con mine just laid off 130 workers in Yellowknife one third of the worlk force and are cutting their production in half. They will be producing less gold then they have sold forward and the company has more cash in the bank then it would take to take them over. HMMMMMM remind you of how Lac got going. I forget what they call it but you take a company over use the treasury to buy the next company and then use that treasurey to buy the next. Their could be some serious ammalgamating going on this year. Wonder what the mass slaughter of chickens in Hong Kong portents, those chicken entrails must be telling us something.
