If we have to we have to..

We probably should have used them on the Russians before they could get any of their own.

Using them now though could get pretty tricky since there has been such proliferation of them.

Of course if someone else would use nukes first we'd reply with nukes but I don't want to have a President that
might want to jump the gun with them.
