That we under design our infrastructure isn't CO's fault. Here in Houston, they're concerned about the Addicks and Barker reservoirs ... someday they could fail and flood half of Houston ... like NOLA was flooded. This is completely foreseeable and in fact they wrote out the possibility in today's Houston Chronicle. The recently completed Grand Parkway AND the development that will follow in future years makes the problem worse. Don't worry, I'm not in harms way.
