According to expert forecasters, the charts clearly show a growing trend of building currents over the Pacific Ocean. These air currents alone would be significant; however, due THIS YEAR to the Influence of the EL NINO weather event, this year will be of a much greater impact! All evidence points to the scenario that EL NINO's effect will begin influencing weather patterns on the West Coast in early January and peaking by March.
