The judge's ruling in the case could well help GTE, in that so many apparently don't seem to recognize that GTE is currently able to offer LD, what the Bell's are trying so hard to start doing. For example, it was mis-reported yesterday on CNBC that the ruling affects GTE. As the decision is appealed and gets more media attention, perhaps there will be a growing understanding about the regulatory advantage that GTE currently enjoys. Regards, Phil
