>>>keeping us informed>>>
Elizabeth,
That is the problem. The individuals that you mentioned are not really informing but rather guessing what is going on. I give them credit for attempting to take on this role but I find it incredible that JMAR isn't doing this for the shareholders.
1. Hiding the secondary placement and not issuing a press release to the shareholders.
2. Indicating the secondary was going to be for a certain amount and then when apparently there were no takers, they reduce the amount and say it was enough. Who is doing the numbers for JMAR that they could be so off the mark? Do you not think that the heavy investors that we would like to see in JMAR do see this flip-floping as a negative?
3. With all of the investment firms in California they go to a Swiss firm that apparently drives the stock down with a short tactic.
4. Go back and look at last years annual report and see the build up for the Light Knife. Now we find out it hasn't even been submitted to the FDA for approval. Incredible!
5. At least management has told everyone that the 4th quarter will not meet expectations.
6. Touting the demos for the XRL and then the silent treatment for investors. Incredible!
This list could go on and on but heck, it is a new year!
