OT: Cramer's response: I did not get permission to post his emails, but James Cramer unequivocally denies Joe's charge's, saying: "Not only did I not recommend DJ, either before, during or after buying and selling it, but I specifically said that I would sell if nothing was done about Dow Jones Markets." He goes on to say he generally does not waste his time defending himself against bogus charges, since this just leads to more false claims, so he will not be posting here. Who knows, maybe he took a look at this thread, saw an opportunity, and is accumulating this morning? ;>)
